Branch Manager A branch manager reports to the Regional Operations Manager and oversees all aspects of branch operations and customer service, focusing on delivering the NexaMotion Value Proposition to achieve profit goals. Responsibilities Oversee warehouse operations, coordinate delivery and logistics, supervise inventory management, and support office functions such as deposits, credit spreads, CODs, and reverse logistics. Achieve branch operations and profitability plan. Review branch P&L to ensure cost structure and profit optimization. Maintain effective relationships with key customers and uphold overall service standards. Implement operational best practices at assigned branch. Participate in annual budgeting process. Oversee cash management process with the Regional Credit department; address local customer credit/collection issues. Review location with Regional Operations Manager to optimize facility for customer service and delivery reach. Lead a team of warehouse employees and delivery drivers. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience. 3‑5 years of managing teams in a warehouse or distribution center setting. Strategic thinking and strong business analytical skills. Excellent communication and people‑management skills, especially in training and employee development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to train and develop team members. Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, set priorities, manage diverse responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Track record of successful P&L performance and understanding of profitability drivers. Preferred Qualifications Experience using JD Edwards. Automotive aftermarket leadership experience.
