Paid Media Specialist

Paid Media Specialist Location: Lansdale, PA Salary: 55-70,000 Employment type: Full-time Experience Level: Senior Associate Job Function: Marketing, Advertising, Communications Job Overview Our client is seeking an experienced digital advertising professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role will partner with internal teams to improve campaign performance and balance strategy, analytics, and hands‑on platform management in a collaborative agency environment. Responsibilities Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across display, video, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Meta Lead ads, and programmatic platforms. Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns based on client goals, budgets, and performance data. Monitor campaign performance, optimize spending, and recommend strategic improvements. Manage audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting. Execute campaign builds, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and ongoing optimizations within advertising platforms. Analyze results and provide performance insights to internal teams and clients. Stay current with digital advertising trends and emerging platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field required. 3+ years of hands‑on paid media buying experience. Experience directly managing campaigns in at least one of the following: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager/Meta Lead Ads, programmatic advertising platforms. Agency experience preferred; client‑side experience considered if the candidate personally managed campaigns. Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting tools. Compensation A competitive compensation package will be available for this position, including a base salary, annual bonus, profit sharing, and a full benefits suite (medical, dental, vision, wellness, 401(k), vacation, sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays). Working Situation This position is in the office five days a week with the opportunity for a hybrid working schedule in the future.
