Senior Director, Paid Media (Fully Remote)

Kaseya seeks a Senior Director, Paid Media to own global paid media strategy and investment. This leader will build the function from the ground up with full accountability for pipeline and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Own the global paid media budget and strategy across search, social, programmatic, video, and content syndication. Build processes, playbooks, and measurement frameworks while staying hands-on in the platforms and data. Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing paid media team and manage agency relationships. Required Qualifications: 10+ years in digital marketing with deep paid media specialization and 5+ years leading teams. Proven track record in B2B software driving revenue through paid channels with strong analytical skills. A builder's mindset and executive-level communication skills with current in-platform fluency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-velocity B2B demand generation and familiarity with IT/security landscape. Experience with media mix modeling, ABM platforms, and managing consolidation across acquisitions.
