Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Sherwin-Williams, a worldwide leader in the development and sale of paints and coatings, is seeking a Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service across our retail outlets. This position requires proficiency in English and at least one additional language, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, solving customer challenges and maintaining a deep knowledge of our products and services. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance service delivery and uphold our brand's reputation across multiple locations.
