Production Operator - 2nd Shift

Manufacturing Operator

2nd shift- 1 pm to 9:30 pm

The Manufacturing Operator role is responsible for:

• Operating paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment, including pumps, valves, filling machines, case packers, labelers, robotics, and forklifts
• Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods
• Monitoring raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications
• Maintaining production records, equipment logs, and inventory levels
• Performing routine manufacturing tasks and minor equipment troubleshooting
• Supporting production schedules and collaborating with other departments to meet customer demands
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year or more of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution experience
• Experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment
• Experience monitoring gauges, machinery, and production processes
• Forklift and material handling equipment experience
• Experience working with raw materials, blending, mixing, or batch manufacturing processes
• Experience monitoring product quality and maintaining production documentation
