Salesforce/Business Development Consultant

Job Description We are seeking a Salesforce / Business Development Consultant based in Boston, MA. This role is with a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on improving community-based care through innovative partnerships and data-driven strategies. You’ll work heavily within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging CRM tools to drive business growth, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency. The organization is looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, helping expand partnerships and optimize how care is delivered. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and refining the organization’s sales funnel, training internal staff on Salesforce best practices, and optimizing their current use of the platform to drive measurable results.
