Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working in school settings, particularly with students with autism
• Proficiency in pediatric speech and language therapy approaches
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and students
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to individual student needs
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation efficiently

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct, in-person speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Work three days per week within a specialized program supporting students with autism, contributing to a multidisciplinary team
• Spend two days per week assisting students requiring speech and language interventions outside the designated program
• Alternate weekly between two elementary school buildings to meet the needs of diverse student populations
• Complete timely evaluations, maintain accurate progress documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
