No Worries Care is a locally owned home care agency with offices in Washington and Oregon, helping seniors and adults stay safe and independent at home. When our offices close, our clients, families, and caregivers still need a real person to call. That is where you come in.

About the Role

We are looking for a remote On Call Scheduling Coordinator to cover our after-hours phone line as an independent contractor (1099). When our offices close at 4:00 PM Pacific, our phone line routes to you. You answer calls, solve what you can, and get everything else to the right person on our team. This is designed as a side role that fits alongside a day job or other commitments, as long as you can answer calls promptly during the shifts you cover.

What You Will Do

• Answer after-hours calls and messages from caregivers, clients, and families

• Handle caregiver call-offs and late or missed visits by working our call list, contacting up to five caregivers to fill a shift before escalating to a manager

• Make and update schedule changes in our scheduling software

• Triage client concerns, incidents, and new client inquiries, and route them to the right person on our team

• Follow clear escalation steps for urgent situations

• Log every call and leave a clear handoff note for the office team each morning

Shifts and Pay

• Weeknight shifts (Monday through Friday nights) run from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM Pacific the next morning: $50 per weeknight

• Weekend shifts cover all of Saturday and all of Sunday: $100 per weekend day

• Pick the weeknights, weekends, or both that you want to cover

• Example: all five weeknights plus both weekend days pays $450 per week

• Independent contractor (1099), paid per shift, plus a $60 monthly cell phone stipend

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ year of scheduling experience; home care scheduling experience is a big plus (home health, healthcare staffing, or dispatch also considered)

• Calm, friendly, and decisive on the phone, including late in the evening

• Comfortable with scheduling software; WellSky/ClearCare experience is a plus

• Your own smartphone, computer, reliable internet, and a quiet place to take calls

• Able to answer calls promptly throughout the shifts you cover

• Clear written notes and strong follow-through

• Must pass a background check

Location Requirements

• Remote within the United States only. You must live in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• We are not able to consider applicants located outside the U.S., or applications from staffing agencies, call centers, or outsourcing companies.

• Any U.S. time zone works, as long as you can cover Pacific time evening and weekend hours.

• A U.S. address and a W-9 are required for tax reporting and the background check.
