Centralized Scheduling Coordinator

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support efficient operations, the full-time Centralized Scheduling Coordinator will manage scheduling and coordination of internal and external labor for installation and service requests while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners, providing guidance and technical support for client installations and services Plan and schedule installation jobs based on project requirements and resource availability, coordinating with technicians and installation teams Contribute to improving scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction Required qualifications Intermediate level of scheduling experience Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and projects Ability to negotiate and create purchase orders for labor resources Experience in reviewing installation/job statements of work (SOW) Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
