What You’ll Do

Scheduling

• Create and manage nursing department schedules

• Ensure proper staffing levels to reduce overtime and agency

• Serve as the point of contact for department heads for staffing needs

• Support labor management processes and scheduling software

Central Supply Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Order and distribute supplies for the facility

• Verify deliveries and maintain inventory

• Track chargeable supplies and update systems daily

• Keep supply areas organized and secure

• Clean and maintain equipment per infection control standards

Requirements:

• Scheduler: Prior scheduling experience preferred

• Central Supply: A valid CNA certification is preferred

What We’re Looking For

• Prior scheduling experience in a nursing home is strongly preferred (priority requirement)

• Long-term care experience required

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems

• Reliable, organized, and able to communicate well with staff at all levels

• CNA experience helpful but not required
