Client Account Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Client Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between Park 6 Logistics and our valued clients. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the successful execution of logistics operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and support
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Monitor account performance and address client needs in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of services
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention
