- This person also needs to be hands to keyboard and skill with SF integration

- This role will be business facing so strong communication is required

- This hire is intended to serve as a Senior/Architect-level developer .
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to lead or guide others.
- Frequent interaction with stakeholders and internal business partners .
- Looking for someone who can take ownership of their work; minimal handholding .
Responsibilities
- Full project lifecycle ownership from design to deployment.
- Work within a new DevOps pipeline using Gearset .
- Manage and run multiple deployment pipelines .
- Lead Salesforce development initiatives with high autonomy.
Core Salesforce Skills:
- Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex, configuration, and platform development
- CSS and UI customization
- Experience with complex Salesforce integrations
- AWS experience is a plus
- Integrations between Salesforce Cloud , LMS , and KPI reporting
- Pulling and transforming data between systems
- Gearset deployment pipelines
- Understanding of CI/CD and release management best practices
