Inside Sales Representative — Storage Post

Storage Post is one of the fastest-growing self-storage operators in the U.S., with more than 5 million square feet across major markets including New York City. We're hiring competitive, motivated sales professionals who want to earn based on performance.
No cold calling — every lead is inbound and pre-qualified.

What You'll Do:
- Convert high-intent inbound leads into signed rentals
- Conduct consultative conversations to match customers with the right storage solution
- Navigate objections confidently and close efficiently
- Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM workflows
- Track pipeline activity and exceed monthly performance goals
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree required — new grads encouraged to apply
- Sales, customer service, or high-volume inbound experience preferred
- Proven ability to hit goals through work, academics, athletics, or internships
- Clear, confident communication skills by phone
- Comfort with CRM systems and standard office software
- Competitive mindset and strong self-motivation
