The Opportunity Lonestar Forklift is looking for a dynamic Parts Salesperson to join our team in San Antonio, Texas . In this role, you will be working closely with the Service department and will be responsible for providing excellent sales support to customers while maintaining the parts inventory. Essential Duties & Responsibilities As the Parts Salesperson for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include: Sell parts products to achieve branch revenue and margin targets Provide customers with multiple solutions for parts pricing and availability Manage key customer accounts, communicating frequently with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction Follow up on outstanding quotes and process customer credits in a timely manner Work closely with Parts and Service teams to organize the ordering and delivery of parts Identify and request parts to add to branch inventory Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: Previous work experience related to parts is strongly preferred Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) A customer service mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Confident self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently Valid driver’s license Benefits & Perks Lonestar Forklift is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees: Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental benefits for you and your dependents Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability – 100% employer paid Employee assistance programs 401K matching Ongoing professional development opportunities The base pay range for this role is: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
