You’ll work directly with customers, builders, and enthusiasts to deliver solutions that support custom builds and performance applications. What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries — delivering fast, friendly, and professional service by phone and email. Guide customers through product options, uncover their needs, and help them find exactly what fits — from the first question to the final sale. Convert leads into loyal customers using your expertise, enthusiasm, and persuasive communication skills. Enter and manage orders with precision, ensuring every detail is right and every customer stays informed. Engage with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and foster repeat business. Represent the company at trade shows — network, promote products, and connect with enthusiasts from all over. Stay sharp on industry trends , new products, and competitive offerings to keep your sales edge strong.
