Geriatric Primary Care Physician — Outpatient in Phoenix

ArchWell Health seeks a Primary Care physician to join its outpatient centers dedicated to seniors in Phoenix, Arizona. The role focuses on patients aged 60 and older in a clinic setting with a small panel and a full supportive care team, enabling longer patient interactions. The position is outpatient only with Monday–Friday hours, no weekends or extended shifts.
