Job Title : Guidewire BillingCenter Solution Architect
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 12 15 years
Location : Prosper, Texas
Responsibilities:
- 12+ years of experience in Guidewire Solution Architect, Technical Architect and BillingCenter Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter.
- Proficiency in P&C insurance business processes and billing lifecycle.
- Hands-on knowledge of Gosu, Guidewire Studio, Data Model, PCF, Business Rules, Typelists, Plugins, and Workflows.
- Strong understanding of Java, XML, JSON, SQL, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for Guidewire BillingCenter implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation programs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to convert business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Design and oversee integrations between BillingCenter, PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, digital platforms, payment systems, financial applications, data platforms, and third-party applications.
- Establish development standards, reusable patterns, governance processes, and best practices across Guidewire teams.
- Lead Guidewire Cloud adoption, migration, modernization, and implementation initiatives where applicable.
Review and approve technical designs, integration specifications, configuration approaches, and architecture decisions. - Define scalable integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, messaging, event-driven architecture, and Guidewire integration frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
