Are you highly organized, skilled in Microsoft Excel, and able to turn scattered information into clear, usable data? We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Secretary who can work independently while supporting Quality Assurance and Compliance operations.

QA Secretary Details:
- Temporary position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )
- Transfer laboratory testing data from PDF files into organized Excel logs.
- Maintain accurate records for QA, Compliance,
- Document Control, and auditing purposes.
- Review, organize, and trend data to help identify patterns and support reporting.
- Fulfill Compliance requests using information provided by QA management.
- Serve as a liaison between QA, Compliance, and Document Control.
- Assist with document preparation, data collection, and record organization.
- Provide additional administrative and documentation support as directed by the QA Manager.
QA Secretary Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing and managing large amounts of data.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately transfer and verify technical data.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and organize incomplete or unstructured information.
- Strong written communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting QA, Compliance, Document Control, or laboratory operations preferred.
- Experience in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or FDA/NSF-regulated food manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
