As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Meta Ads Specialist to join our team on-site in St. Petersburg, Florida, and take ownership of high-performance Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our clients.

About the Role:

We're looking for a performance-driven Senior Meta Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

You'll take ownership of Meta advertising strategy from campaign planning and audience development through creative testing, optimization, tracking, reporting, and scaling. You'll work closely with creative and marketing teams to turn data into better campaigns and measurable business results.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who understands both the technical and strategic sides of paid social advertising and can independently manage campaigns, budgets, testing, and performance.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager across Facebook and Instagram.
\n
• Develop campaign, audience, funnel, and targeting strategies based on client objectives.
\n
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, competitor research, and market analysis.
\n
• Build and manage prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
\n
• Develop structured testing strategies for audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, offers, and campaign structures .
\n
• Monitor performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue .
\n
• Manage advertising budgets, pacing, allocation, and scaling strategies.
\n
• Identify winning campaigns, audiences, and creatives and develop strategies to scale them efficiently.
\n
• Set up, audit, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), events, audiences, and conversion tracking .
\n
• Analyze campaign and audience-level data to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
\n
• Work closely with designers and copywriters to develop and improve ad creative, messaging, and testing frameworks.
\n
• Collaborate with developers and marketing specialists on landing pages, tracking, funnels, and conversion optimization.
\n
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
\n
• Communicate campaign performance and strategy clearly to clients and internal teams.
\n
• Stay current with Meta Ads platform updates, attribution changes, creative trends, automation, and paid social best practices .

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
\n
• Strong experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager .
\n
• Proven experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns with meaningful advertising budgets.
\n
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, funnel strategy, bidding, budget allocation, and optimization.
\n
• Demonstrated experience optimizing campaigns against ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue .
\n
• Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, and conversion tracking .
\n
• Strong experience with creative testing and performance analysis.
\n
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or working across different industries is a strong advantage.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to independently analyze performance data and turn insights into strategic decisions.
\n
• Strong understanding of the relationship between creative performance, audience targeting, funnel structure, and conversion performance .
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Comfortable working on-site in St. Petersburg, Florida .
\n
• Meta certification is a plus.
