Manage the client intake process from initial contact through matter opening. Conduct preliminary case assessments, coordinate with attorneys, and ensure every prospective client receives a professional, thorough response. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills, written and verbal Legal background preferred (paralegal certificate, law firm experience, or equivalent) Experience conducting initial case assessments and client interviews Organized and detail oriented with strong follow through Comfortable with CRM systems and legal practice management software Professional demeanor and client facing confidence Compensation Compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and arrangement type.
