Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Clerk/Lead to join a fast-paced food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both in an office setting and on the production floor while assisting with daily operations and team support.

This position requires strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a cold environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily production and operational support
• Enter and maintain basic data and production records
• Communicate with office staff and production employees
• Support supervisors and help ensure workflow runs smoothly
• Monitor production floor activity as needed
• Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks
• Follow company safety and food manufacturing guidelines

Requirements:

• Bilingual preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Ability to work both in the office and production floor
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable and punctual attendance
