Job Summary

Job Summary:

Detailed Responsibilities 

* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

* Partner with local management team to ensure clear understanding of financial results and goals, and lead action planning when necessary

* Complete daily sales reporting and ensure settlement and balancing of credit card transactions

* Complete weekly financial forecast for the next 90 days

* Manage monthly financial close of the general ledger including but not limited to revenue reporting, journal entries and accruals

* Complete monthly financial packet per our contractual agreement including processing of wire payments

* Work closely with partner finance team where applicable

* Manage Accounts Receivable process including but not limited to processing payments/refunds, applying payments and processing invoice adjustments

* Manage the annual budget process

* Ensure accuracy and collection of sales tax on all sales

* Ensure appropriate retention and management of documents

* Support any annual external audit needs

* Ad hoc analysis as needed

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
