About this role We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives and helping to drive business growth. You should be creative, detail-oriented, and have a passion for digital marketing. Founded in 2010 in Santa Monica, CA, we help more than 4,000 customers — from HVAC contractors to dental groups — replace spreadsheets and sticky notes with scheduling, invoicing, and customer-messaging tools that actually talk to each other. We're a 120-person, remote-first team with hubs in Santa Monica, Austin, and Toronto. Engineering runs in small cross-functional pods that own their surface end to end: you'll pick the stack, write the tests, and watch your own dashboards. We deploy dozens of times a day and keep on-call humane.
