The team has collectively financed over $50 billion of public and private capital raises, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. The ThinkEquity model is built around the client’s needs, no matter how complicated or around the clock attention is required, and to identify solutions that help them to create value for their investors.
Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Institutional Equity Sales professional (Series 7 licensed) for our New York, NY office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying institutional investors (mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices)
- Marketing the firm’s equity transactions
- Offering corporate access to investors
- Booking and managing deal and non-deal roadshows in the US and overseas
This role requires strong collaboration with the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
Compensation: Base salary of $34,000 plus monthly commissions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Series 7 license required
- Ability to work on-site in New York, NY
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior sales or relevant experience is a plus
