Director, Sales – Real World Assets / Digital Assets | New York | Hybrid | $200k–$250k base + bonus/equity

The Role / Company:

We’re working with a high-growth institutional digital-assets business that is scaling its New York team and hiring a senior commercial leader to drive adoption across tokenisation, real-world assets, and digital-asset infrastructure.

This is a highly client-facing role focused on building and expanding relationships with banks, asset managers, custodians, asset servicers, market-infrastructure providers, and other major financial institutions.

The successful candidate will own complex enterprise sales cycles from initial opportunity through commercial execution, working closely with Product, Legal, Engineering and Customer Success.

Key Experience:

• Strong background in enterprise sales, coverage, or business development within financial services
• Established institutional network across major banks, custodians, asset servicers, and/or traditional asset managers
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior decisionmakers and create new commercial opportunities
• Strong understanding of capital markets and institutional financial workflows
• Exposure to tokenisation, digital assets, real-world assets, DLT or blockchain infrastructure
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles involving legal, compliance, procurement, and operational stakeholders
• Ability to translate technical products into clear commercial value for financial-institution clients
• Comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment and partnering closely with Product and technical teams

Direct blockchain experience is valuable, but the key differentiator is someone who combines strong financial-markets knowledge with genuine institutional connectivity.

The business is particularly interested in candidates who can leverage existing relationships to help deepen strategic partnerships across the traditional financial-services ecosystem.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of traditional finance and institutional digital assets, helping major financial institutions adopt tokenised infrastructure at scale.

Location: New York

Hybrid: Approx. 2-3 days in office but with significant client-facing activity
