Banquet Sous Chef - Full Time

Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations: Assist in the management of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation of various menu items, with a focus on broiler steakhouse dishes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with event planners to create memorable dining experiences for banquet guests.
- Quality Control: Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sous chef leadership role, specifically in a broiler steakhouse setting.

- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Stable job history with a proven track record of success.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the location.
