Banquet Sous Chef - Full Time
FTK Hospitality Philadelphia | Philadelphia, PA

Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Sous Chef at FTK Hospitality, an upscale steakhouse and event space located in the charming suburbs outside of Philadelphia. Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations: Assist in the management of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation of various menu items, with a focus on broiler steakhouse dishes.
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with event planners to create memorable dining experiences for banquet guests.
Quality Control: Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sous chef leadership role, specifically in a broiler steakhouse setting.
Strong culinary skills with a passion for high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Stable job history with a proven track record of success.
Reliable transportation to commute to the location.

Schedule
