Join a growing manufacturing team as a Milling Operator, where you'll use your machining skills to perform basic setups, operate milling equipment, and produce high-quality precision parts. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and operate CNC/manual milling machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to ensure parts meet required dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance, identify tooling or equipment issues, and perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation while adhering to all safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of milling machine operation experience, including basic CNC setup and tooling adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
