Responsibilities Oversee the creation of assessments that measure student understanding, ensuring alignment with curriculum goals and standards of the Financial Skills for Smart Living program. Coordinate testing with high school teachers and keep accurate records of test results and incentives. Review and update program materials to reflect latest trends in personal finance and educational standards. Serve as the primary contact for teachers, students, and parents, facilitating effective communication. Plan, organize, and coordinate training sessions for teachers using the curriculum. Identify opportunities for program growth and development. Act as the point of contact for outside vendors and agencies involved in the program, including marketing, testing, and simulation providers. Meet with potential donors and provide updates to current donors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus two years of related experience. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in spreadsheet software. Problem-solving skills and ability to set priorities. Experience with financial literacy education and high school business teaching preferred.
