About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Tax to join their global organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on tax leader, responsible for shaping and directing the company's global tax function. This role involves overseeing all aspects of global tax compliance, reporting, planning, and risk management, with a focus on driving process improvements and supporting business growth initiatives. The Head of Tax will also be a key partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on tax implications of strategic business decisions and ensuring compliance with domestic and international tax laws. Applicants for the Head of Tax position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' progressive corporate tax experience. A strong background in both U.S. and international tax matters is essential, including experience in leading tax compliance, provision, planning, and audit activities. The role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style, strong technical expertise in tax, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A Master's degree in taxation or a related discipline, as well as a CPA or other advanced tax credentials, are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a process-improvement and technology-oriented mindset, and be a collaborative leader who can thrive in a dynamic business environment.
