About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the industrial commercial organization during a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for unifying and scaling the sales function, implementing a more strategic go-to-market approach, and driving revenue growth. A key aspect of the role is the development of a high-performing sales organization, with a focus on strengthening customer relationships and expanding market share. Experience in leading technical, consultative sales teams within industrial automation, process control, instrumentation, or value-added industrial distribution environments is highly valued. The ideal Vice President of Sales will have a proven track record in a similar role, with the ability to lead and inspire a team, and a deep understanding of the industrial automation and related markets. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate market insights into actionable sales strategies, and who is adept at fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement. The candidate should be a dynamic leader, capable of driving change and innovation, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal teams and external customers. A background in engineering or a related technical field is a plus, as is a strong network within the industrial automation and process control sectors.
