10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Newton, Massachusetts, to operate on a Northeast fleet that offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Routes typically run regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34‑hour reset.
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34‑hour reset
- Average ~1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
- Average length of haul around 400 miles
- Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
- Late-model tractors (2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth)
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
- Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 weekly
- Stop pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond
- Long Island delivery pay: $65
- Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
Lane details:
- Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
- Primary operating area generally ranges from Virginia to Maine, with frequent lanes from northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio.
- Occasional runs outside the primary area may occur to maximize miles while preserving weekly reset time.
- Drivers who opt to remain out rather than returning home for their reset may have opportunities to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
- Willingness to drive in New York City is advantageous but not required.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A (CDL-A) license
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
- Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
