We are seeking a high-energy Sales Support Assistant to join our growing sales team and company. Lion has developed a reputation for delivering high-value products (doors, windows, and gates) and services to homeowners, contractors, builders and distributors. We seek a confident person who can develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and sales staff. You will be responsible for assisting our sales team in creating and maintaining a service-oriented environment and developing positive customer relations. This is a highly visible position within the company. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
- Schedule customer visits and meetings
- Provide information about our products and services to customers
- Ensure the timely resolution of customer questions, product issues, and concerns
- Document and update customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Initiate customer contact to determine order status
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services, to answer customer questions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office
