Sales Representative – Home Improvement
Clearwater, FL | Tampa Bay Area

Average Earnings: $120,000–$200,000+
Top Performers: $250,000+
Compensation includes:
- $1,000/week training pay (first 6 weeks)
- Weeks 7–10 paid as a draw
- $4,000 fast-start performance bonus opportunity
- Top performers are eligible for a $400/month vehicle wrap stipend
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Conduct exterior property inspections, including roof evaluations
- Present tailored home improvement solutions
- Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the buying process
- Close deals and manage follow-up communication
- Represent Ridge Top Exteriors professionally in the field
- 1+ year of sales experience (home improvement or in-home sales preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
- Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven
