Inside Account Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Position owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability through developing and executing strategic client specific solutions. Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues with minimal supervision. Leverages TD executives for support. Proactively manages accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability. Identify appropriate opportunity to sell TD full portfolio of products and services. Develops strategic business plans, and effectively presents to TD management. Provide team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, etc. Viewed by supporting departments management teams as a change agent and subject matter expert. Manages advanced inbound and outbound sales calls in order to quote prices, provide product information and build relationships with customers. Assists associates and reps in resolving complex, important customer problems or issues. Helping resellers get best pricing / deals through alliance with internal TD departments; informing business partners of vendor-related promotions and floor days; forming relationships; providing proactive business solutions. Requires high level of interpersonal and collaborative skills. Identifies, develops, and implements business opportunities through customer facing activities. Demonstrates detailed account knowledge. Represents TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interface with business partners, customers, and supporting departments. Performs additional duties as assigned. Meets attendance and punctuality standards. Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Able to assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take. Able to be diplomatic when handling calls/correspondence for Management. Able to identify needs and opportunities and develop action plans to address. Able to interact effectively with all levels of management. Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results. Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence. Able to serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues. Able to sort through numerical information and recognize trends and details. Able to think strategically and tactically. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. Able to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.
