Executive team has over 100+ years of combined experience in construction services. $1B in CM at risk Projects.
Job Description
Lead and manage construction projects for correctional facilities from start to finish. Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project success. Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders. Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction PM or SPM - Correctional Facility should have: Strong knowledge of construction project management within the Business Services industry. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to resolve complex challenges efficiently and effectively. A collaborative and results-driven mindset.
