Job Description
We are seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing crews and coordinate installation activities across commercial or residential construction projects. This role oversees field operations, ensures compliance with plans and building codes, coordinates materials and schedules, and maintains high standards for quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead plumbing crews on construction sites.
- Oversee plumbing installation in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Interpret blueprints and coordinate plumbing work with other trades.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing, building, and safety codes.
- Coordinate material needs and support accurate material estimation.
- Monitor workmanship and perform quality control inspections.
- Coordinate site activities and construction scheduling.
- Report project progress, issues, and updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential plumbing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyman or Plumber License.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprint reading, and building codes.
- Experience with construction scheduling and material estimation.
- Demonstrated crew leadership and safety management skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
