Product Analyst

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in a related discipline.
• We require at least 2 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar function.
• We require experience working in a Cerner (Oracle Health) environment.
• We require hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• We require experience writing user stories and contributing in Agile teams.
• We require strong skills in requirements elicitation, workflow analysis, and documentation.
• We require excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• We require the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience with healthcare information systems.
• Preferred: experience supporting clinical, operational, or healthcare analytics initiatives.
• Preferred: familiarity with process improvement and digital transformation work.

• We partner with stakeholders to uncover business needs and convert them into user stories and actionable backlog items.
• We create workflow diagrams and process documentation to support solution design and implementation.
• We research market and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• We help shape digital and data product roadmaps through analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and adoption support.
• We build and improve reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
• We work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business needs.
• We assist with testing, training, implementation, and ongoing optimization of systems and applications.
• We promote data-informed decision-making through reporting, analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
