Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Coordinator to support our Human Resources and Payroll team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong office experience who is ready to grow into a long-term career in payroll. We provide full training on payroll systems, processes, and compliance. If you enjoy staying organized, working with data, and being part of a professional team this role is a strong next step.

Administrative Coordinator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Provide daily administrative support to HR and payroll functions
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and spreadsheets
  • Support timekeeping and attendance tracking
  • Respond to basic employee questions and route as needed
  • Learn payroll processes, systems, and compliance procedures

Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of prior office, administrative, clerical, or customer service experience required
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn payroll processes and grow within the role
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
