With an advanced manufacturing base in China, Yibi supports international brands throughout the complete jewelry development process, from concept development and sampling to technical optimisation and high-quality production. About the Role We are seeking a Product Development Manager based in California to support our U.S. luxury and premium jewelry clients. This role will serve as the key bridge between North American brand teams and our China-based design and manufacturing teams, managing jewelry development projects, sample iterations, technical communication and production coordination. The ideal candidate understands both luxury jewelry aesthetics and manufacturing processes, with the ability to transform creative concepts into refined, production-ready jewelry products. Responsibilities Lead jewelry product development projects for U.S. luxury and premium brand clients. Manage sample development, feedback collection, revisions and production handoff. Translate brand concepts, market trends and customer requirements into practical product solutions. Coordinate communication between U.S. clients and China-based design, engineering and production teams. Support material selection, craftsmanship optimisation and product development workflow improvement. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in jewelry product development, jewelry design coordination or related luxury jewelry industries. Strong understanding of jewelry materials, craftsmanship, sampling processes and production workflows. Experience working with U.S. premium or luxury jewelry brands is preferred. Strong project management and cross-border communication skills. Fluent English required; Mandarin is a plus. Based in California, USA.
