Director OF Sales
Samara Living Inc.
Samara Living Inc. is seeking a Director of Home Sales to own the sellout function for our single-family homes.
You’ll drive absorption, pricing, and closing targets across active communities and decide whether projects are sold in-house or via brokers, building internal capabilities as volume grows. Reporting to the VP of Development, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Project Management, and Finance to meet underwriting margins and absorption pace, while expanding the in-house sales
