Customs Brokerage Representative

Demonstrating advanced knowledge of entry writing, the full-time Customs Brokerage Representative will prepare customs entries, manage the clearance process, and coordinate freight delivery while working remotely from Thursday to Monday, midnight to 8:30 AM EST. Key responsibilities Prepares customs entries and oversees the clearance process for all entries Communicates documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors while establishing and maintaining client relationships Resolves finance and accounting reconciliation issues and prepares reports using various software packages Required qualifications High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Customs Broker License is preferred
