About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with the oversight of day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and developing growth strategies for franchise locations. This leadership position is focused on ensuring firmwide and systemwide profitability, operational consistency, and brand growth. The Head of Operations will be responsible for bridging strategy and execution, with a primary emphasis on maintaining quality and brand consistency across all locations. Key responsibilities include building and scaling operations, leading operational excellence at scale, and establishing global governance and performance cadence. The role also involves a strong focus on franchise support and growth, strategic planning, compliance and risk management, performance metrics, and technology modernization. Applicants for the Head of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in executive operations or multi-unit franchise leadership. The ideal candidate will be performance-driven, with a proven track record of scaling teams and building durable systems in high-growth, high-pressure environments.
