About the Role

The Company is in need of an Interim Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) to take on a pivotal role in leading the accounting function through a phase of significant corporate growth and evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large team of professionals, leading a high-priority ERP go-live, and establishing a foundational Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance framework. Key responsibilities for the CAO include financial systems and implementation, SOX compliance and internal controls, team leadership, close cycle and operations, and technical GAAP and governance. The role demands a hands-on approach to ERP implementation, particularly with experience in NetSuite, and a strong background in designing and managing SOX compliance and internal control structures.
