Ready to make an impact and help drive growth? We’re seeking an experienced Director of Admissions to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in the Mt Vernon, NY area.
This is a great opportunity for an admissions professional who thrives on building referral relationships, driving census, and creating a seamless experience for residents and families.
Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000 DOE
Lead the admissions and referral process
Build relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral partners
Manage insurance verification and authorizations
Partner with clinical teams to ensure smooth admissions
Help drive census growth and strengthen referral partnerships
SNF experience required
Admissions/intake experience required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and results-driven
Leadership experience preferred
