Responsibilities Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and service requests Provide a high level of customer care and professionalism in every interaction Follow up on leads and schedule appointments Maintain accurate and organized client records Support the team in daily operations and workflow Work collaboratively to meet office goals and deliver a great customer experience What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a strong work ethic Bilingual is a plus Qualifications Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Property & Casualty license.
