More time selling. Live transfers are a major part of our model, connecting you with consumers who have called seeking coverage. We also generate web leads and offer subsidized and paid lead programs, with the flexibility to bring your own business, too.

A real path to six figures. For a disciplined agent who develops their skills and consistently works available opportunities, 2–4 applications per day is a production target worth working toward. Your income potential is driven by your production, skills, and the effort you put into the business.

Higher-than-average starting commissions. We want productive agents to have meaningful earning potential from the start, with additional upside tied to production.

Leading carrier options. Access a range of final expense and life insurance carriers, including Mutual of Omaha, CICA, Transamerica, Lincoln Heritage, Aetna, Gerber Life, Guarantee Trust, and Ethos—giving you more ways to find appropriate coverage for your customers.

Leadership that's been in your shoes. Our leadership team has hands-on experience in final expense and has built and scaled technology-enabled businesses to 8- and 9-figure levels. We understand what it takes to grow, and we're committed to helping you become the best agent you can be.

Flexibility and support. Work at your own pace and plug in during normal working hours, subject to lead availability and operational requirements. Get practical coaching from people who understand the business, without unnecessary micromanagement.

This is an opportunity with commission-based compensation. Earnings vary based on individual production. Commissions may be paid or shared only with appropriately licensed individuals. Tejas Life is an equal opportunity company.

$60,000 - $130,000

You'll work with seniors and their families to understand their needs, explain coverage options, and help them find the right policy.

You'll:

• Handle live transfers and other prospective customer opportunities

• Build trust, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate coverage

• Guide sales conversations toward completed applications

• Follow cases through placement and follow up when needed

• Represent Tejas Life with professionalism and integrity

This is a sales role—not customer service, claims, or back-office work. Life insurance, final expense, telesales, or direct sales experience is helpful, but not required.

We're open to career changers willing to obtain a license, newly licensed agents, experienced producers, and established agents ready to build a team.

You need grit, coachability, integrity, and the will to win. We'll bring the tools, opportunities, and experienced support. You bring the effort, take ownership of your results, and commit to getting better.

• Active life insurance license in at least one state, or willingness to obtain one

• Reliable computer, phone, and internet

• Comfortable with performance-based compensation
