HRIS Director — Hands-On UKG Pro & Analytics Leader

The Encompass Group is seeking a hands-on Director of HRIS to lead administration, optimization, governance, and compliance of its HR technology ecosystem. You will own critical systems, solve complex issues, build workforce reporting, and lead a small HR systems team.
