Front of House Manager
West Bay Opera
We are seeking a front-of-house manager for our upcoming production of Puccini's opera Tosca .
Performance times are
Friday, May 22 - 7 pm - Arrive 5:45 pm - Wrap up by 9 pm
Sunday, May 24 - 2 pm - Arrive 12:45 pm - Wrap up by 4:30 pm
Saturday, May 30 - 7 pm - Arrive 5:45 pm - Wrap up by 9 pm
Sunday, May 31 - 2 pm - Arrive 12:45 pm - Wrap up by 4:00 pm
Arrival times for the house manager are mandatory, to allow for training and prep tasks.
Tosca is a 3-act opera with two intermissions. Total duration under 3 hours.
Volunteers need to be comfortable in a leadership role. Deciding on role assignments for other front-of-house volunteers such as ticket scanners at the door, selling beverages at our concessions stand, or ushering people to their seats. Prior experience is desirable but not indispensable. We will train you.
You do NOT need to commit to volunteering for all four dates.
