We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic inpatient rehabilitation team. In this pivotal role, you will work with a diverse patient population across all levels of acuity, from ICU to progressive care units, in a leading acute hospital setting. Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience in an acute hospital setting
• Current state licensure and BLS certification
• Proficiency in Cerner charting system
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills, with the ability to develop personalized Plan of Care (POC)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to evaluate patients with a variety of diagnoses, including cardiac, stroke, TBI, joint replacements, respiratory illnesses, dementia, MS, Parkinson's, and mobility challenges

Nice to Have Skills

• NBCOT certification
• Manual Therapy and Lymphedema certifications/licenses
• Experience with Cerner EMR system
• Knowledge of inpatient acute care protocols and procedures

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent inpatient acute care experience, ideally in a busy hospital environment

Other Requirements

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with one weekend day per month throughout the contract
• Start Date: December 23, 2025
• Travel and licensure requirements in accordance with state regulations
• Scrub color: Royal Blue; Black shoes
