Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience in an acute hospital environment
• Valid Indiana license and BLS certification
• Proficiency in manual therapy, with certifications/licenses in Lymphedema preferred
• Experience with Cerner charting system
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized plans of care (POC) utilizing ADL training, therapeutic exercises, and activities
• Ability to evaluate patient progress and recommend discharge dispositions effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications in therapy techniques or specializations
• Experience with cardiac rehab, stroke, TBI, or orthopedic cases
• Familiarity with hospital protocols related to respiratory illnesses, dementia, MS, Parkinson's disease, and mobility challenges

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an inpatient acute setting
• Clinical familiarity with ICU to progressive care unit workflows

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, plus one weekend day per month
• Scrub color: Royal Blue; Black shoes required
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 16:30
• Willingness to adhere to hospital policies, including certifications and any applicable travel or licensure reimbursements
• Certification in manual therapy and Lymphedema are highly desirable
